How this book uses evidence

Each scam profile names its official sources. Statistics specify the reporting agency, year, and population. The illustrative situations are original examples of documented mechanisms; they are not presented as reporting about named victims.

The source directory includes the FTC, FBI, IRS, SEC, Veterans Affairs, HHS Office of Inspector General, U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and other public agencies. Their resources can be read free of charge. This product adds original organization, explanations, illustrations, and printable tools.
